In-car Sensor The In-car Sensor is used to detect the temperature inside the vehicle and transmit data to the FATC (Full Automatic Temperature Control), an automatic thermostat. When detecting temperature, forced inhalation is used, which has the advantage of less chance of errors and fast response time. We have the largest market share in South Korea. 2. LED Cooling Fan AMOTECH is the exclusive domestic supplier of the LED headlamp Cooling Fans (LCF) for luxury cars. The LCF offers long life, low noise and can easily increase cooling efficiency using PWM (Pulse Width Modulation). There are two types of LCF: 1) Constant Velocity Type, 2) Variable Type using PWM. 3. Battery Cooling Fan The Battery Cooling Fan (BCF) designed by AMOTECH provides a solution to the heat generation problem of battery systerms for eco-friendly vehicles such as HEV and EV. The BCF is equipped with a BLDC motor, providing high efficiency and long lifespan and enables low noise during operation. AMOTECH can develop and design a wide power range from 20W to 100W, covering the entire vehicle range from compact to luxury HEV/EV models. 4. Electric Water Pump The Electric Water Pump (EWP) designed by AMOTECH can be applied to inverter cooling of HEV/EV as well as engine cooling of gasoline and diesel vehicles. By applying BMC molding, it has a long lifespan and eliminates the causes of fire and water problems. Efficiency is maximized using the Controller Area Network (CAN) and we can supply and develop electric water pumps from 15W to 300W. 5. Seat Cooling Fan The Seat Cooling Fan (SCF) is applicable to most vehicles and was developed for seat ventilation in vehicles. Long durability and low noise are possible by applying a BLDC motor. 6. Actuator It is designed to cover three BLDC operating functions, including automatic slide movement according to the communication protocol. We have a wide range of actuator solutions as follows: an EGR valve actuator, motor-driven seat and console actuator, long slide actuator, air shut-off valve actuator, HUD actuator. |
